Provide administrative support to six principals and managers, including the Managing Principal of Northeast Wisconsin. Responsibilities include tracking extensive list of all types of tax returns, preparing extensions and quarterly estimates, processing monthly invoices and providing ongoing customer service to clients.

Provided daily accounting, which included balancing each cash register drawer, making sure all cash, checks and credit card transactions matched with the day’s totals. Created Purchase Orders for all items the store received. Provided Cashier support and customer service on regular basis. Provided administrative support for owners of store as needed.

Provided administrative support to all accountants in office, including two shareholders. Supported the marketing efforts of the firm. Maintained firm contact database.
