· Tracking analysis and reporting of distributor sales data channel: GT, MT for FMCG.· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales volume reports including sell-in, sell-out, and other key metrics.· Calculate and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and incentive reports for the sales team and ensure timely payment.· Track sales representative timekeeping and compliance with company sales policies.· Analyze sales data by product, sales channel, and geography to uncover insights.· Support and ensure sales team understands policies, compliance, KPIs, and the use of the DMS app…· Manage data team for sales data tracking, analysis, and support Sales Operation department.· Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments on sales data needs and planning.

This serves as the basis for customers to reward participating points of sale in the GT, MT channels for FMCG.· Collaborate with other QC staff to cross-check results and ensure accuracy.· Review project-wide data, validate logic, finalize project reports before submission to the client by excel.· Occasionally act as a QC Supervisor on short duration campaigns.
