Responsible for migration of CRM database from RaisersEdge to ToucanTech, customised data management and online content; optimised UX/UI for interactive engagement portal. Created policies and protocols, trained administrators, mentored new alumnae liaison. Advised on strategic improvements to community identity, communications and cultural cohesion.
