Mr. Mandela understood the importance of natural diamonds to the socio-economic sustainability of Southern Africa which encompassed education, healthcare, employment and infrastructure. He encouraged the co-founders to tell the stories of this positive impact. Diamonds Do Good's mission thus became to support programs that develop and empower people in diamond communities and to tell the stories of the good that natural diamonds do for people in communities where they're mined, cut, polished, and sold.Position entails long-term strategy and program development/implementation and extensive fundraising and event planning.
