This further entailed working with various teams to maintain the integrity and relevancy of documentation which ensured the smooth deployment of technologies. This work was followed through to include execution that guaranteed proper implementation with ongoing monitoring so that the project remained consistent with overall goals and standards.

Managed auditing of billing and collection systems in addition to developing processes improvement strategies that resulted in organizational profitability. Ensured claims processing and payment posting quality standards were met. Generated weekly and monthly quality metric reports for executive leadership.
