Nancy began her career by becoming the assistant coach of the FSU Women’s Golf Team. She then became the head college coach of her alma mater Western Kentucky University and held that position for 6 years while also holding a Head Professional and General Manager position at Indian Hills Country Club. Nancy spent some time playing professional golf on the LPGA tour, but soon discovered that her true passion in life was in teaching golf. So Nancy became the Head Golf Professional at Hermitage Golf Course for six years before opening her own golf instruction school called Nancy Quarcelino School of Golf. Nancy’s most recent endeavor is being a PGA golf instructor at the PGA Learning Center.Through out her career, Nancy has been recognized for numerous prestigious awards in the golf community. Golf Magazine TOP 100 teacher, Western Kentucky University Hall of Distinguished Alumni, LPGA Teaching and Club Professional “Hall of Fame” Member, America’s 50 Best Women Teachers, and the LPGA Top 50 Teacher; these are just to mention a few. Nancy has a strong resume with several other accolades that demonstrate her tremendous talent of teaching.Nancy has many certifications and community board positions including:* Class A LPGA Professional* Class A PGA member (29 year affiliation)* Nancy served as an LPGA Evaluator* NEP Instructor* National Committee Member* LPGA Member Advisor* Committee Chairperson. Along with numerous certifications Nancy has proven to be very involved in the golf community.Nancy has also found the time to Co-author a book called “Staying on Course: Mastering Golf’s Most Challenging Shots” along with many other media and publication showings. Nancy was featured on ESPN television and radio, XM radio, Golf Channel, PGA Tour Radio Network, and Golf Talk America Radio. Nancy also Co-hosted Music City Golf Talk Radio, and had maintained a weekly golf column at the Tennessean Williamson AM since 2002.
