I work for Association Management Center (AMC) who is committed to helping associations. AMC offers full-service management. I was promoted in 2012 as the Certification Coordinator at AMC and then promoted in 2015 to Certification Manager. I helped with the launch of a new certification client online process/application. The platform houses 5 Certification/Recertification clients and 6 actual Certifications. Since the implementation of the online Certification tool I have become the Certification process owner. I have helped to centralize all of the certification processing at AMC. I am focused on customer service and quality work. I communicate on a daily basis with the testing companies to ensure proper information is provided to them and to ensure testing scores are recorded accurately in the database. I work with our IT Dept to troubleshoot online processing issues and reporting needs. I maintain all the processing procedures, guidelines documents, master calendar/schedule of certification and recertification deadlines. I am presently working with our Certification Special Interest Group at AMC as one of the Key players assigned to the task force to implement a new certification tracking/online application tool, with helping to development all of the requirements needed for each certification client. I recently became certified as a Credentialing Specialist through the Institute for Credentialing Excellence.
