I have four years of experience in Recruiting and Sourcing. Currently I hold the position of Sourcing Specialist for Bank of America. In this role I am responsible for the sourcing and marketing of high volume positions for ongoing candidate generation. I ensure the consistent, proactive talent pipelining and transactional deep dive sourcing efforts across multiple mediums as appropriate by function and by position. As one of the high volume Sourcing Specialists for Consumer and Small Business Banking, I am accountable for assessing overall contact motivators and position fit, as well as to articulate functional and job level value proposition in order to move the potential candidates further into the recruitment life-cycle. Additionally, I partner closely with the Consumer and Small Business Banking recruitment teams to create and execute sourcing strategies in a cost effective, goal driven manner. This also entails working closely with the functional Staffing Manager to balance and prioritize workload.
