Provide employee relations support, partner with shared services including Payroll, Benefits, OHR, EAP, Security, Legal, BHR. Clarify policy, procedures and benefit information for >3000 employees. Coach managers through policy violation write-ups and performance issues. Co-facilitated, with EAP and Security, ongoing Safe & Respectful Workplace management.

Created and maintained communication vehicles (including email distribution lists, quarterly videos, internal employee news monitors) and distribution processes that enabled over 18,000 employees worldwide to receive internal communications timely and effectively. Teamed on special projects, including the United Way Campaign, Wings Day Event, Western Open.
