Client Executive with responsibility for client relationship management and delivery of revenue cycle and IT services to a 500 provider physician organization, people management of a staff of 200 employees, global relationship management, account growth, and P&L management of a $96m book of business. Under Nancy's leadership, the account met contractual service level agreements for 18 consecutive months and achieved the highest possible rating on the annual client satisfaction survey two years in a row.
