Lead Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) activities for Policy, Access and Introduction (PAI) in the Essential Medicine Division, Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA). As a member of the PAI and PPM leadership teams, supervise a team of PPM staff and manage key internal and external activities determining project success, tracking deliverables, coordinating efforts, and identifying and managing critical risks. Serve as a core member of vaccine introduction teams, coordinate development of dossiers describing the value of new developmental vaccines and/or for life cycle management efforts for existing vaccines.PATH is an international organization that drives transformative innovation to save lives and improve health, especially among women and children. Accountable for the oversight and management of all administrative, business operations and services that support the educational and clinical activities of the UW Health Sciences Schools. In support of the educational, research, and clinical missions of the University, provide world-class operational support to the educational and clinical activities of the six Health Sciences Schools: Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, and Social Work. Provide critical support for a significant portion of the University's $1.4 billion research portfolio through efficient, effective management of the Health Science Complex.• Led a cross-disciplinary department of 60+ staff in 5 diverse business units to support world-class education, research and patient care at the six UW health sciences schools. • Developed processes and systems to support evidence-based decision-making in collaboration with staff, students, and campus partners, resulting in effective problem-solving to enable change and process improvement. As an officer of a start-up company, participated in a successful initial public offering, developed strategic partnerships to define product attributes and key commercialization partners to successfully launch innovative, first-in-class diagnostics for clinical laboratory and point-of-use testing. Designed and executed international regulatory, clinical, and educational strategies.
