Developed the information flow for Customer Replenishment forecast ( VMI) into DRP to provide better demand visibility. Made the tough call to cancel a multi million global project as the development vendor was not delivering successfully for P&G. Reverse price engineered the Web Order Management system (WOM) for affordability/value for the regions. Led both the Global Total Order Management Horizontal Process Network and the governance and shared services of the Global SAP SD ( Order Management) across all global regions through the use of global Business Experts (9 globally located).
