For years I have been searching for "safe", clean, better beauty. I have found it with Beautycounter! Years of studies indicate that serious health issues (including but not limited to asthma, cancer, and infertility) are on the rise and are due in part to our ongoing exposure to toxic chemicals - whether it's in the shower, on our commute, while we eat lunch at a local restaurant, or when we clean our kitchens at home.There are more than 80,000 chemicals on the market today. Many don't have any safety data. This is particularly true of those used in the skin care and beauty industry.What's worse is that the Food and Drug Administration (the agency that regulates cosmetics in the United States) does not have the authority to remove harmful ingredients from the products we put on our bodies and on our kids' bodies every single day, day after day.I want to get "safer" products into the hands of everyone! xo

Began working with Communispond in 2005. Currently a senior instructor teaching communication and presentation skills to clients including General Electric, AT&T, Bristol Myers Squibb and Aetna. Certified to teach Executive Presentation Skills, Delivering Memorable Presentations, Write Up Front, Persuasive Dialogue, Virtual Presentation Skills, and Virtual Executive Presentation Skills.

Co-created the first Oral and Written Communications course for Stevens’ Executive Management Program. During her eight years teaching the course, coached over 400 executives. Developed the oral presentation modules and teaching guides for the Entrepreneurship 101 initiative for UKM (National University of Malaysia). Created the first interactive oral communication module for Stevens' MGT 103 (2015). Currently a guest speaker in the executive masters program. Current guest speaker and teacher in the Executive Management and Masters program.

As President, I had general supervision of all business affairs and board members, appointed chairs and committees, conducted all board meetings and assisted Board Members with questions and concerns. As the primary spokesperson for the chapter, I served as the liaison for NSA National and ensured that the chapter was financially sustainable, and offered an active and diversified program of events throughout the year for its members and guests.

Worked for Olan Mills Studios for thirteen years as an Area Manager and District Sales Supervisor. In my latter role, I was responsible for hiring, training and supervising over 150 sales managers and associates in 90 portrait studios throughout the Northeastern United States and Canada. A certified Customer Service 2000 and Zenger Miller facilitator. Developed managers and associates to achieve effective sales and customer service skills that drove business growth. Consistently hit and surpassed sales forecasts for the Northeast.
