Nancy is the CEO and Founder of genConnect and genconnectU, a digital media company that connects audiences across generations through edutech and video content. genconnectU's impressive network of over 3,000 world-class experts deliver their wisdom on topics that matters most to audiences including career, health, lifestyle, relationship and giving back.Nancy is responsible for leading genconnectU in expert and course development, marketing and the creative/content of the brand.Formerly, founder and CEO of a national marketing and production agency with offices in 7 cities across America, Nancy’s expertise includes providing strategic marketing communications and influencer content strategy to Fortune 100 companies.Nancy sold the 1st company she founded—Creative Event Marketing, Inc. to IPG, (Interpublic Group) in June 2000. Her experience includes marketing, strategic planning, branding, speech writing and promotions. Her corporate clients included Coca Cola, John Hancock, Eli Lilly, Nike, Johnson & Johnson, Time Warner, BMG, Toyota, Verizon and AIG.Nancy authored and published, Buddha: 9 to 5; the Eightfold path to Improving Your Bottom Line. The book provides implementation tools for waking an up an organization and improving it's communication and leadership ethics. Nancy is also very interested in sustainability and has built homes with an emphasis on green construction and healthy house design, which she terms enlightened environments for sustainability. Nancy holds a B.A. in journalism with a major in public relations from West Virginia University. She and her 21 year old twins, Clark and Gwyneth, reside in New York, New York and Aspen, Colorado.
