Currently support Physical and Occupational therapists by providing administrative in-clinic and remote services for nine clinics. In this role, I cover staff PTO, assist with onboarding and mentoring new PECs and review policy updates with seasoned staff. Provided remote coverage for four clinics within the East Central Illinois region. I coordinated patient plan of care between therapists, physicians, nurse case managers, and attorneys. In this client-facing role, I was responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services while ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations. My main duties included processing all student enrollment applications, financial assistance requests, and scholarship approvals. Additionally, I prepared all invoicing ensuring customers were charged appropriately while tracking and collecting payments consistently and correctly. I managed all billing functions by collecting and entering data into the financial system, created invoices for submission, resolved billing issues as well as negotiated payment arrangements. I collaborated with the finance director to maintain accounts receivable and responded to all requests for analysis of enrollments, billing information and statistics.

I coordinated patient care with doctors, insurance companies and workers compensation departments. I scheduled patient appointments and obtained insurance prior authorizations for all physical rehabilitation services.
