▪ Led a virtual team of ISV engineers, key stake holders and served 9 growing client business units to identify hardware requirements, negotiated potential solutions and tracked milestones and HW deliverables to insure that Oracle's products ran best on Sun's platforms (Solaris, Java and SPARC) and support joint go-to-market efforts. Business units included: Oracle Database, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JDE, Hyperion, EBS, Grid Control, Retek and BEA.▪ Managed IHVs Account Management team working with more than 35 IHVs registering to qualify for Sun Logo. ▪ Developed, maintained and published HW status spreadsheet used by Oracle and internal teams to determine state of HW activities.▪ Monitored the clients' stages of progress around Sun technology adoption, application porting, certification, sizings, tuning, benchmarks, publications, integration projects and progress through Twiki spreadsheet called the “Project Pipeline”. This was viewed daily by internal ISV engineers and managers.▪ Performed responsibilities for communicating project status via meetings, dashboards, presentations, legal activities and web based technology.▪ Coached, mentored and motivated project team members to influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned workload. ▪ Arranged Partners training to learn new developer tools and software applications.▪ Procured and allocated Capital Equipment for internal teams usage during project cycles.
