  Performance Plus... is a corporate training firm that incorporates a variety of formats to respond to needs and concerns of many different kinds of businesses. One format frequently used is the presentation of short vignettes, tailored specifically for each client (nothing "off the shelf") which are performed by our players after which our players remain in character and have a highly interactive dialogue with the participants. This approach has proven to be extremely effective in conveying important lessons which are relevant, meaningful, easily remembered and actionable. We also provide talented and experienced players to role play opposite people from a particular business and then give valuable feedback to the participant. We have done a great deal of financial advisor training but also have used this approach for other businesses as well. Our seminars can be from two hours to two days on many different subjects with custom tailored agendas to meet the objectives of our clients, on site or off site.
