As Head of Brand Voice, I partnered closely with cofounders and the VPs of Marketing and Creative to revamp the brand's Editorial Style Guide, author and introduce new Brand Guidelines, and define the company's 5 Hospitality Principles. I did cross-functional road shows and workshops to roll out the new guidelines and strengthen communication consistency across departments. And I lead a weekly Writer's Block meeting to inform and inspire writers across the Marketing team.As a Brand Creative Director, I led a number of integrated paid media campaigns and social media campaigns; hired and mentored a talented and diverse team of writers, designers, and art directors; and built strong cross-functional relationships while producing work with our signature Lyft Wink.As a Product Marketing Creative Director, I've overseen numerous owned-media campaigns, partnered with marketers and program managers to create new efficiencies, and mentored both marketers and creatives while driving measurable impact.I've led a team of 4 ACDs and 8 skip-levels, all of whom I hope are delighted to be referred to as Team Strange. Oh and one time, I gave Young Thug a face mask.
