I lead in planning and hosting a variety of our club's events ranging from social to academic to networking events. Working closely with my club executives, I was able to lead in organizing a variety of in-person and online events of interest to the student community. I had also moderated various speaker panels with professionals in the business healthcare field. Some of my other responsibilities include booking venues and searching and communicating with potential speakers.

After my second CO-OP term, I started working as a FSWEP Student on the Student Hub team. I would work with up to 15 student files at a time and would frequently correspond with clients in a professional manner. I drafted letter of offers, put up job postings for FSWEP and CO-OP students, and collected employee files in a fast-paced environment. This required strong organizational and communication skills as I communicated regularly with each client, needed to keep track of which documents and forms were needed for each student, and created student folders based on their job type and location, which could be over 10 files per folder.

I did my second CO-OP semester with the Canada Border Services Agency on the Express Staffing team. My main tasks consisted of processing Actings, Assignments, and Casuals, which required a strong attention to detail to ensure the criteria for each employee was met. I assisted with the coordination and administration of HR files and maintain and update active files, records and related correspondence, and creating and sending letters of offers.

For my first CO-OP experience at the University of Ottawa, I did my placement at Nutri-Lawn. Some of my responsibilities included processing sales and payment information through Service Assistant, responding to client emails concerning a variety of inquiries, and leading an estimates sourcing project to aid future major marketing decisions.

I worked at Languages of Life as an assistant to the CEO during high school as a co-op student. I worked numerous tasks which include but are not limited to sending emails, drafting documents, applying for grants, and filling out visitor visas.
