As a natural ‘people convener’, I serve as Add Source Group’s Business Development Director covering the state of Tennessee. In my current role, I assist my teammates in business and relationship development with a focus on building lasting client relationships grounded in trust. I particularly enjoy creatively approaching client business challenges and opportunities to identify ways that Add Source Group’s experienced resources can assist our clients. In doing so, I seek to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with my clients.I have worked in business development, sales and marketing roles my entire career. My philosophy is simple: my role is to help my clients solve their business issues by bringing the right resources to them at the right time.
