Developed and implemented strategies for improved customer satisfaction, revenue growth, retention as well as operational cost improvements.

Re-located 6 times to under-performing locations, approximately 75 employees and contributing approximately $10M at each location. Managed a complex recurring inventory model to a profitable level. Direct responsibility for quality, production, logistics, purchasing and inventory control, building facilities, equipment maintenance, and environmental health and safety programs and human resources.
