This was an incredible experience. I procured all trade-outs for production. I produced the specials. So, for example, we went to New Orleans after the storm (Katrina) and rebuilt a church. We also rebuilt a children's playground. My job was to find free materials on barter, and setup vertical builds with crews that would come and build. I also had to manage the crews and keep track of time/budgets. I'd swap one crew out for the next and we'd finish a project in record time.
