Kesper College is a secondary school for special education to student from 12 to 20 years old with an autism spectrum disorder and/or anxiety problems, ad(h)d and/or gifted profile. Our goal is to guide them towards a diploma that will allow them to enter vocational education, higher education or university.As an internal supervisor am I responsible for didactic student care and do I have a coordinating and guiding role. I help teachers and parents with didactical and pedagogical questions about the students. In addition, I am also responsible for designing diploma-oriented education at Kesper College and for organizing and managing the final exams. At last I have an advisory role in the management team of the school.
