People development to drive continual mindset change towards quality and operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Maintenance of internal and external audits processes to ensure compliance to local and international standards and customer specific requirements, regarding social compliance, safety and environmental care and process and product standardization.

Interface with Key Account Managers and the Finance areas and forwards applicable information for resolving U.S. customer issues. Manage B2B projects for customers and participate in internal system upgrades and enhancements. Manage performance of the staff and coordinate training and development, assist in obtaining answers to internal staff’s questions with regards to customer specifics. Leading continuous improvement activities and using root cause and corrective action activities to resolve field and in plant quality issues. Analyze data streams for quality improvement and defining and leading engineering projects to improve product quality and process capability

Supply responsible for direct negotiation with suppliers (main commodities injection, mold, stamping, electronic and metal mechanic), planning of local and domestics purchases (for over 90 days 80% and imported and 20% domestic suppliers) review of engineering changes, follow-time delivery, quality and quantity deliveries, inventory analysis, plan and implement cost reduction projects, weekly review customer orders.

Give a proper follow up and effective solutions for complains and customer inquiries, provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to the manufacturing line and the areas involved, process orders, forms, applications for warranty requests, after sales project coordination (activities, plans and strategy), management of the reverse logistics process. Service performance trend and issue diagnosis.

Responsible to implement new procedures and standards focused to improve teamwork performance, increasing customer satisfaction by service level agreements, execute the development, implementation and communication of the quality policies and goals throughout the organization. Provide assistance with internal, external, and third party audit support for the organization as needed in the certification ISO 9000 & 14000 process. Execute training regarding overall corporate procedures and policies changes as needed.
