I am a co-founder at Ladder, an nonprofit AI-driven platform that helps K-12 classroom teachers quickly and effectively adapt their existing curriculum for their diverse learners. I am also a dual degree candidate at Stanford University, pursuing an MBA and an MA in Education, with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation in education. I have a strong background in online marketing, writing, and public relations, having worked as a journalist, a content strategist, and a communications consultant for various media outlets and organizations.At Ladder, I work with a passionate and talented team of educators, engineers, and designers to create and deliver a product that empowers teachers and students to achieve their academic goals. I lead the marketing and communications strategy, leveraging my skills in writing, storytelling, and data analysis to craft compelling messages and campaigns that attract and retain our customers. I also partner with schools, districts, and education stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback, and to showcase the impact and value of our platform. I am motivated by the mission of Ladder to make education more accessible, inclusive, and personalized, and I am eager to learn from and contribute to the vibrant and diverse community at Stanford.
