Nancy Ward officially joined her husband Jim in the real estate business in the mid 1990's. Nancy’s responsibilities include managing the process from contract to closing. Her prime directive is to prepare for every eventuality so no unnecessary stress is ever imposed on the client. As a team of Realtors, Nancy considers their singular job is to manage the details and keep their client posted on the progress. A registered nurse with twenty years of experience as an Operating Room Supervisor, Nancy also served as the S.E. Regional Manager for Hoffman-LaRoche Pharmaceuticals, Home IV Division. She earned The President’s Award from Hoffman-LaRoche Pharmaceuticals for top production in the Home IV division. A former director of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, she was awarded the Beacon Award multiple years for top performance by The Women's Council of Realtors. Nancy devotes her spare time to serving as a volunteer counselor at Assure Women’s Center and serves on the Board of Directors for 14:6 Connection.
