Nancy Ward officially joined her husband Jim in the real estate business in the mid 1990's. With her abilities to exhibit grace under pressure and provide a consistent client experience, she shared his vision to create a real estate company that treated people like family -- by providing a nurturing environment with the perfect blend of professionalism. As a team of Realtors, Nancy considers their singular job is to manage the details and keep their client posted on the progress. A registered nurse with twenty years of experience as an Operating Room Supervisor, Nancy also served as the S.E. Regional Manager for Hoffman-LaRoche Pharmaceuticals, Home IV Division. She earned The President’s Award from Hoffman-LaRoche Pharmaceuticals for top production in the Home IV division. A former director of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, she was awarded the Beacon Award multiple years for top performance by The Women's Council of Realtors. Nancy devotes her spare time to serving as a volunteer counselor at Assure Women’s Center and serves on the Board of Directors for 14:6 Connection.
