Provided Soarian Financials Revenue Cycle training support.

Worked with Revenue Integrity team to complete charge services build in MILLENNIUM and validate build in INVISION Financials. Participated in installation of MILLENNIUM Clinicals with integration to INVISION Financials. Responsible for validating charges during multiple rounds of integrated and claims testing. Participated in go-live and post live support to identify and resolve issues related to Revenue/Data integrity. Completed the bulk of the project working remotely.

Provided expertise with SOARIAN Financials, including Patient Access, Master Files, and upgrade methodology. Responsible for creating policy and procedure and training documentation for all Patient Access and Scheduling departments. Participated in initial go-live event and provided post-live support. Also participated in implementation of MILLENNIUM Clinicals for acute and ambulatory areas and SOARIAN Financials/Scheduling for ambulatory areas. Led solution and integrated testing efforts and coordinated end user training.

Led analysis of charge entry functionality in INVISION and migrated 12 departments charge entry processes to SOARIAN Clinicals in preparation for Soarian Financials go-live. Developed Training Plans and exectuted training for SOARIAN Financials and Scheduling project. Assisted in development of Integrated Testing scripts that are still in use. Participated in go-live event and provided extensive post-live operational support. Developed upgrade methodology for SOARIAN Financials.

Assisted in integration from EPIC to INVISION using RTIF. Responsible for extensive ongoing monitoring and support of interface post-live, including monitoring of errors and manipulation of messages in Openlink and in Epic Bridges. Provided ongoing production support for INVISION system.

Completed three week assessment of INVISION Patient Management, Medical Records, and Patient Accounting outstanding issues and projects. Managed and completed Patient Accounting Optimization (PAO) Project, including implementation of Recirculating Error File, analysis of OAM/PMS Interface Errors, additional OAS customizations to eliminate errors, and education for affected staff.

Participated in project to transition from year-long outpatient accounts to incident-of-service (one day) accounts. Coordinated activities for five analysts and consultants to re-build highly customized INVSION Orders pathways, Medical Necessity processing, and Visit processing (including creation of multiple visits and collection of diagnosis codes).• Worked with clinical project managers to develop new pathways and processes to support new account structure. Wrote integrated testing scenarios for testing pathway changes thorough to Patient Accounting. Assisted Patient Business Office staff in reviewing test accounts and resolving issues identified during testing. Participated in go-live event, post-live support, and second phase of pathway enhancements.

Managed INVISION Return-to-Model Project. Responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of project and reporting to Steering Committee on bi-monthly basis. Responsible for writing integrated testing scripts and working with all departments to execute and complete integrated testing. Prepared go-live plan and managed go-live event. Provided OAS support for production and for Return-to-Model project.

Assisted in development of Interoperability specifications and requirements. Interoperability design focused on systems for new hospital and medical offices.

Worked closely with analysts and end users to develop new INVISON Physician Order Entry pathways for Pediatric Cardiology. Assisted to revise and build highly customized Order Sets for Physician Order Entry using Install Model Physicians View, Enhanced Order Sets, and Enhanced Orders Display.

Developed project schedule, completed analysis, build, and testing to install OpenLink interface between INVISION and Computrition. All work completed remotely and extensive documentation created to communicate all system modifications.

Completed three week assessment of INVISION and associated processes. Proposed several major projects and processes to review/revise and completed primary proposed project: Implementation of Error Correction processes. Th project encompassed education and training of staff to work TCE reports and use Recirculating Error File. Full documentation of responsibilities and processes was completed.

Provided coordination of Patient Management Team activities in absence of client’s Team Leader. Coordinated all Flow and Integrated Testing activities, including development of scenarios, scheduling of end users assisting with testing, tracking of scenario completion, and resolution of testing problems. Client had the first full Patient Management implementation of OAS/GOLD re-expressed pathways.

Participated in rollout of client's “Model” INVISION to two rural hospitals. Provided mentoring to Patient Management Team Leader in Project Management skills. Participated in all aspects of project: current process documentation/analysis, new process definition, build, integrated testing, training, and live support.

Completed engagements in: South Carolina, Nevada, Kentucky, Colorado, Kansas, California, Arizona, and Mississippi. Engagement focus on INVISION and Project Management.

Worked as an analyst learning INVISION with focus on Patient Management and Clinical workflows. Trained for six months to work as consultant and completed first consulting engagement.
