To advance the conversation among my fellow bone and joint experts, I founded Orthopause, a space for women in orthopaedics to share knowledge in improving care of perimenopausal patients. Beyond my clinical practice, I am deeply committed to advancing the role of women in STEM and all professions. I co-founded SpeakUpOrtho, a nonprofit dedicated to combating bullying and harassment within the field of orthopaedics.
