- 18+ years of experience and expertise across multiple industry domains - e-commerce, Marketplace, E-learning.- Experience in building and mentoring a team of 40 resources (Backend Developers, UI- Developers, App Developers, Devops and QA).- Expertise in PHP, Mysql, PHP – Cakephp, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Wordpress, Joomla, Opencart, CScart, Magento any still learning.- Proficiently managing the complete life cycle of development/support projects including analysis of the client requirements, translating new ideas into client’s solutions, requirements development, delivery, support, analysis including, documentation.- Involving in the end-to-end project management including project setup & scoping, requirement analysis & technical specifications, effort & cost estimates, risk management, planning, monitoring & tracking, reporting including, communication management with team, stakeholders & customers, financial management & resource optimization.- Providing technical leadership while estimating and evaluating the effort/ schedules and managed the team and its grievances while training team members on the project architectures.- Supervising project development in database design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance of several software applications; communicate with the clients & speak end-users to know the requirements and expectations.- Responsible for preparing project plans, coding, implementing the system in client servers and providing support and maintenance post Implementation. Managing smooth implementation and testing of the application at client location and providing post-implementation, enhancement and maintenance support to client for application- Mentoring the team and set out performance parameters/ deadlines; hold review meetings and monitor the progress of the project as per schedule, and ensured timely completion and delivery of the project.
