a) Financial Statement and Reporting Skills: Responsible for month end closing, G/L reconciliation, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, expense invoice review and approval, assisting with AP & ARPrepare financial statements in accordance, including all required reports, statements, note disclosures, and schedulesReview and evaluate the effectiveness of operations and internal controls over financial reportingAssisted in estimated balance sheet, control of outstanding shares, analysis of entity structures.Integration and upgrades and overall process/reporting improvementHandled accounting, analysis, and reporting and inter-company accounting for all regional officesPerform monthly ,reconciliation and analysis of Balance Sheet accountsSummarize findings on the monthly, quarterly or annual reports to management, auditors and regulatorsMaintain, document and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
