• Sound understanding and experience on working with different Oracle Fusion Cloud Modules in the following areas: Order Management, Procurement, Inventory & Manufacturing • Complex Order Management, Advanced Pricing Rules & Orchestration in a Retail Market Manufacturer/Distributor involving EDI, B2B, SOA, APEX and other PaaS Solutions & Custom Forms• Oracle Role Definitions involving designing special custom roles for a Packaging Solutions Customer to enhance security while at the same time optimizing license counts to fit in IT budgets.• Understanding the special architecture of data models for an Automotive Supplier and Developing Custom Reports to assist in reconciliation and decision-making.• Certifications in Oracle Cloud Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement• Certifications in Support Specialist Assessment• Knowledge of SQL and how to query Oracle Tables to extract the information required.• Experience in direct customer interactions and working/communicating comfortably with different levels of management. • Understanding of Oracle Integrations and ability to modify/design them as needed.• Resolution of Oracle Applications Cloud issues reported by customers.• Coordinating SRs with Oracle Support
