    I feel very honored to have been invited to move to the US to run the Operations of the Applied Nutrition’s USA branch, ABE Nation. Within this role I direct all operational activities, working with executives and department managers in both the US and UK company, to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. With accountability stretching over all departments, my responsibilities include designing the departmental organizational structure to prepare the brand for the projected growth, planning how both material and human resources are to be utilized, formulating policies and procedures, choosing systems, managing the team and the daily operations. Other duties include ensuring stock availability, overseeing projects to completion and being the conduit of information to C-suite and the board, so informed decisions can be made.

Our entire factory, distribution centre and offices were successfully moved to a new location with minimal impact to the operations.
