In my role at Penrose, I spearhead operational improvements to drive efficiency and productivity. I manage client and internal projects, implement new business processes, and help enhance our remote working experience, resulting in increased collaboration and productivity.

• Oversight of 60+ projects Globally• Manage a team of seven Service Engineers (4 in Germany and 3 in the U.S.) • Making key decisions to increase project efficiency• Implement new process and streamline current processes to make the global service team more efficient and effective• Manage Sales Administration and Business Operations for North America

• Developed and executed a strategic corporate giving program which helped increase the number of corporate donors annually and increased the corporate giving budget annually for three consecutive years ($400,000+).• Developed and launched Young Ambassador Board with 12 inaugural members made up of key leaders from the greater Portland business community.• Performed Chief Development Officer duties during her sabbatical: approved all department budgets, finalized department written strategic plan and led board and staff meetings. • Hired and managed three staff members: Events Manager, Community Relations Manager and Development Associate.• Led multiple high-level event committees consisting of key community leaders and staff. • Created and presented financial and operational analysis of events and corporate development for the Board of Directors.• Directed events with budgets in excess of $200,000 and 5,000 participants including Race for the Roses, golf tournament, annual meeting, and gala. • Created and monitored personal and direct reports budgets (8 budgets simultaneously) to ensure financial efficiency within the department.
