As a leader in the region with a significant online presence, the company consistently tops internet and Google searches. The Business Development team is integral to this success, working diligently to expand the company's reach by establishing new partnerships with property owners, developers, and investors. The team not only markets Bukit Vista’s extensive service and product portfolio but also strategically pursues new business opportunities, crucial for increasing both the number and value of properties managed.In this strategic framework, my role as a Field Business Development Specialist 'Part-timer', primarily focused on lead generation, is crucial in facilitating revenue growth. Over three months, I have diligently gathered 95 leads, laying the groundwork for potential company income increases. These leads are then further processed by Senior Business Development Specialists who aim to convert them into active partnerships. My efforts are pivotal in bolstering the company’s operations by ensuring a steady influx of potential clients. This supports Bukit Vista's goals to expand its market influence and achieve sustained financial success. This role is essential to maintaining the momentum needed for Bukit Vista's continued growth and market leadership in property management.

My responsibilities include promoting our services and products to potential clients with the goal of forging new partnerships and converting these opportunities into lasting client relationships. I create compelling content for WhatsApp stories and our website, which serves to enhance brand awareness and articulate the value of partnering with Bukit Vista. Additionally, I host and organize exclusive dinner events that are essential for networking and strengthening our community ties, thereby enhancing our business development efforts. I also operate the lead generation process that's going to be processed by the senior business development members, contributing to our strategy of increasing the company’s revenue through an expanded portfolio of managed properties.
