• Organizing the kick off with internal stakeholders to communicate the requirements and initiate the projects.• Responsible for freezing the technical requirements in initial stage of design to initiate the project and to complete the commercial activities on time as per the terms agreed.• Presenting the status about the different project to the management team on weekly basis in terms of Gantt chart and communicating the pending task with team against the committed timeline.• Tracking the cost of the project and taking the steps to control wherever applicable to complete the project in profitable manner.• Organizing and co-coordinating the customers during FAT in order to demonstrate their requirements against the order to maintain the customer stratification standards.• Responsible for maintaining the risk/ issue logs with the updated action plan to mitigate the critical situations.• Responsible for on time delivery of the project.

Mumbai

• Responsible for preparing the technical documentation which includes system operations,machine details & scope of supply.• Participate in evaluating the project plan and updating the progress of project on every stage of execution. • Responsible of AS/RS project for handling Mechanical rack ,conveyor, lift and electrical installation and commissioning with all the integration.• Co-coordinating kick off meetings between with the customers, contractors and vendors for executing the projects smoothly.• Prove the site acceptance test as per customer speed throughput requirement and liable to close the projects.• Provide the establishment support with necessary system operation and maintenance training.

Bangalore

• Executing the various projects in co-ordinate with design, manufacturing and assembly to ensure the customer compliances related to operation & quality standards of the machines are met. • Inspect the hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies as per designs and troubleshooting the problems during assembly and testing.• Performing in-house testing on the machines and obtaining the R&R reports for analyzing the Process capability Report.• Technical support during customer visit and completing the Factory acceptance test (FAT).• To share the Non Conformity report with mechanical / electrical assembly group leaders and ensuring that all NC’s are corrected before machine dispatch.• Responsible for installation & commissioning the machines with necessary training.• Proving the site acceptance tests (SAT) as per process requirements and sign off the project with all the punch points.
