- Responsibly took over the management of Seasons Hotel with 200 employees and have successfully achieved their confidence in assuring guest satisfaction and create great memories and experiences above their expectations.- Successfully achieved record breaking profitability and business development since the beginning; increased GOP from 12% to 28% in less than 3 years.- Took active initiative and successfully served the Gujarat Lions IPL team and nearly 2/3rd of the Saurashtra Cricket Association stadium during IPL matches in 2016 and 2017.- The entire team was acclaimed by the BCCI officials and IPL Team members and support staff for the kind of service levels and quality provided during their entire stay and were promised to return the following year; which definitely happened and success followed.- Hosting Celebrity wedding including that of Ravindrasinh Jadeja; some exceptional destination weddings and exhibitions & conferences for more than 10,000 guests in one event with applauding service levels and food quality has been a great success.

With a genuine effort to restart within the hospitality industry; took up this challenging position and worked very hard in changing the work culture and achieving guest satisfaction. Fortunately was able to take this hotel further in terms of business and good hospitality practices ensuring most of us were satisfied in what we were achieving.Eagerly preparing to take a better command over this hotel; took sincere support of the team and we could together perform better.

- Started and Managed Industrial Catering to some of the renowned MNC's based in Savli, Vadodara.- Acclaimed for the quality of Food & Service by a lot of companies including Xylem Water Solutions Pvt Ltd, Terrace Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, Honeywell Automation India Pvt Ltd and many more.- In a short span of 6 months started catering daily meals to 2700 employees of these companies.- Successfully established, operated and handed over to better hands after one year.

It was genuinely a dream come true. Had heard and studied about Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the books of AH&LA during collage days. However it was overwhelming to have finally joined this highly valued hotel chain for work ethics and guest satisfaction. Started as a Front Office Executive and moved to Reservations to learn more about the backend process of Room Business. The team and the management were collectively helpful in helping me learn, grow and manage Room Revenue and potential business coming our way at the Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai.Honestly; I am grateful to colleagues at all levels from Associates to Managers who helped me learn the culture that actually mattered in the hospitality industry.
