• Sourcing profiles through various sources (Job Portals to ensure speedy closure of the open Position.My Responsibilities include:Interacting with clients to know their HR needs.Taking care of delivery.Fulfilling the requirements by providing qualified candidates.Team coordination.Delegating and assigning tasks to team members.Client meetings.Maintaining reports.Taking feedback from the client about the quality of the delivery.Scheduling the Technical/Managerial/ Client interviews, regularly followup for the feedback and updating the candidates the same.Doing the documentation for the selected candidates and uploading in the ATS tool.Keeping the Candidates warm and ensure they join as per the DOJ.

• Handling Team of 6 recruiters for IT & NON IT Hiring for different Clients, End to End RecruitmentSourcing and shortlisting profiles against the job requirements and scheduling interviews.Candidate management, after offer follow up.Making strategic decisions for conducting recruitment drives and coordinating the same.Account Management• Responsible to manage a portfolio of clients and be the company’s account manager for them.• Be responsible for the service delivery, Relationship management & opportunity maximization for the assigned customers.• Ensure the assigned Revenue numbers from each of these clients are achieved and impact YOY growth.Vertical Specialization & Penetration• Develop knowledge on the talent demand and market trends within the industry verticals.• Provide active leads to prospect and acquire customers in line with vertical strategy.
