Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base under 3PL Environment.Duties & Experience:  Responsible Airport clearance / Customs clearance of Incoming Import shipments and Managing Export Bonded warehouse with Govt rules. Responsible for in-coming, out-going and logistics activities. Experience in managing and controlling overall Warehouse activities including shifts.  Maintain all components/products as per identification and FIFO system. Experience in handling GRN, DC, MRN, SRN and day to day inventory control. Familiar with ABC analysis, KANBAN, JIT and Rack location system. Preparation and reporting of daily Stores activities/issues for reviews. Experience in handling with Excise activities, POD, Etc., Experience in managing transporters for day to day supplier/customer receipts/dispatches Experience in handling overall stores, logistic control and customer dispatch activities. Knowledge and hands on experience in ERP/ SAP system. Co-ordinate with all departments to achieve company targets/goals.  Identify, improve and maintain Warehouse area as per basic 5S/housekeeping/continual improvement requirement. Improve and maintain all documents and records as per ISO/TS 16949:2009 & customer requirements. Achieving Daily OTDS/OTDC Targets Responsible for scheduling, motivating, and leading a team of 50+ warehouses personnel’s.  Ensuring the personal safety and safe working environment of staffs as per Warehouse standards.
