As the Experience Design Leader at CoolHow, I play a key role in creating innovative learning solutions, responsible for defining the experience design and content. This includes building programs, lesson plans, and journeys based on research insights before, during, and after the execution of initiatives and programs.I also serve as a facilitator and speaker, leading the development of materials and content, always with a systemic vision to reconcile business objectives with what has the greatest potential to create more value for the audience.Between 2022 and 2023, I was involved in nine learning programs executed by CoolHow for Netflix, assuming various roles as Experience Design Leader. In Brazil, the focus was on training and technical improvement, combined with personal development, to qualify new and emerging professionals in the national audiovisual market. Flow Brasil is a global human development consultancy present in seven countries, basing its work on Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's concept of flow.As a Senior Consultant with the Flow Development team, I created and facilitated tailor-made learning experiences and L&D programs to meet the challenges of teams and companies, focusing on awakening the necessary skills to enhance engagement, belonging, empathetic productivity, and well-being.Considering Flow's client portfolio, I led L&D initiatives for leaders at Grupo Locaweb, Flash Benefícios, and Hebarium, in addition to facilitating affinity groups at Sankhya and SumUp in Brazil. I also developed actions for diverse audiences in companies such as Cash.me, Tembici, Cyrela, Whirpool, Mills, Oxiteno, among others.

Diversity and Inclusion Consulting for the curation of the "Professions of the Future" e-learning program (2020-2021 editions)Delivered lectures in the "Professions of the Future" e-learning program on the topics of "Intentional Learning" (Dec 2020) and "The Future of Work is Inclusive" (May 2021).

Worked as a contractor, collaborating closely with the Marketing team on the coordination and strategic planning of thought leadership promotion events as a platform for branding. Focused on customer relationship management, promotion to both internal and external audiences of the employer brand, and thought leadership, particularly emphasizing diversity.Responsible for managing marketing event-related projects, leading integrated work with various internal and external teams, aligned with the strategic objectives of the business. In 2020, amidst the pandemic, I was responsible for consolidating research and a best practice manual for online experiences, which served as a reference for all teams worldwide to pivot the company's events to an online environment.Even in my role as an external contractor, I was appointed as the champion of the Enegrecer a Tecnologia (Blackening Technology) program, committed to increasing the presence of black thought leaders from ThoughtWorks Brazil in technology events.

Provided consultation and development of initiatives in the Human Resources area at VLI, based on the analysis of the company's cultural diagnostics and pain points, with a focus on Learning Experience Design. My responsibilities included client service, research, and curation with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion, designing experiences, developing materials, content, and promotional pieces, as well as facilitation and management of programs and projects:Universidade Experience VLI (VLI Experience University): a corporate university initiative.Formatura VLI (VLI Graduation): a celebration event for employees who graduated through company sponsorship.Mentoras VLI (VLI Mentors): a women's leadership development program.Additionally, I was involved in the development of content for internal campaign dissemination:Escola de Liderança VLI (VLI Leadership School): a leadership development program.Novo programa de estágio VLI (VLI's New Internship Program): a campaign designed to attract new talents.

Invited as a guest lecturer for the "Creativity and Innovation" course in the MBA in Cultural Enterprise Management, where I developed the program from a service design perspective, focusing on solving diverse people's problems.

Consultancy on the development of events and educational projects over the course of a month in June 2019, leading to an invitation to teach in the "Art & Experiments in the City" course in October 2019. Served as a guest lecturer to facilitate class integration dynamics and to speak about entrepreneurship.

Collaborated with the creative collective NOIX to organize a commemorative event in Belo Horizonte for the 40th anniversary of the fashion brand Melissa. Responsible for local production coordination, licensing, team and financial management, and also contributed to the conception of the programming and experience design.

Conception of the Planeta Brasil Talks by Una format in collaboration with SleepWalkers. Research and curation focusing on diversity and inclusion for the programming and experience design of the two editions of Planeta Brasil Talks by Una, the content and education branch of Planeta Brasil, the largest summer festival in Minas Gerais. Creative and collaborative work with different teams, involving people and financial management.

Combining my experience as an event producer with my academic pursuits from my master's program, in 2018, I embarked on a career shift focused on education, content curation, and the design of learning experiences.At Perestroika BH, I taught various courses and specifically managed the REFRESH - Inspiration in Management and Leadership program as a program manager. My responsibilities included coordinating, facilitating, and overseeing the entire learning experience of the course. This also involved research and curation to develop a program exclusively with female instructors, countering the predominantly male, white, heterosexual, and cisgender norm not only in leadership roles but also in facilitating courses on this subject.

As an Executive Producer in the Artistic Directorate of Inhotim, I was responsible for planning and producing events and projects, being a part of its Programming Core where I worked under the direct leadership of Antonio Grassi.In addition to managing the production assistance team, I led the liaison work with different areas of Inhotim, especially with the Communications department, engaging with the team in strategic planning for internal and external program dissemination.I conducted the analysis of event proposals and partnerships, as well as research and development of projects in collaboration with producers, artists, and sponsors. In this role, I managed client relationships and strategic partnerships with entities such as Netflix, MECA, Wäls, identifying opportunities and articulating demands with internal departments.In all these endeavors, I consistently strived to implement diverse and inclusive cultural programming, with effective measures to democratize access for the local community, including the staff members of the Instituto Inhotim.
