Tracking and co-loader performance for bags hub. 4. Monitoring and auditing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to ensure Smooth execution of tasks. 5. Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, Outbound, RTO, and aging reports. 6. Maintaining inventory of all packaging material and overnight storage orders. 7. Review current routing and look for opportunities cost savings. 8. Maintains proper connection between hub and last Miles by managing the fleet. 9. Educating employees about the importance of shipment Handling and functions performed by them. 10. Create a sense of ownership among employees Hub Management. 11. Ensuring that the procedure is followed to the minimum Loses in the hub. 12. Maintaining the hub workplace with dignity and ensuring clean workplace policies.
