Responsible for overseeing all sales and service components of the organization. Ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal services; meets all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements; and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, and standards of the organization. Additionally, Director of 340B Pharmacy Operations also partners with eligible covered entities, execute 340B contract and manages the 340B revenues of the organization.Accountabilities:Serves as primary internal and external program coordinator and liaison for all 340B-related matters.Serves as primary internal liaison to key stakeholders to help ensure appropriate utilization of the 340B program and compliance with all program requirements.Provides oversight and leadership from the department of pharmacy for the 340B program. Help lead and assist the organization’s 340B oversight team, which will include representation from pharmacy, legal, compliance, finance and senior administration.Develop and maintain internal relationships (accounting and legal) and external relationships (wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, split-billing software vendors, employee benefit pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs), and third-party administrator (TPA) vendors) as needed.

Manage Sales and Service for 20 CVS Pharmacy store locations in Houston (Texas Medical Center), Pearland and Missouri City Markets.Implement and execute Quality Assurance Monitoring Program and resolve all Quality Complaints within 24 hours. Escalate to Risk management as necessary.Develop internal talent and maintain succession plan for key pharmacy positions.Attend college recruitment events, follow up with students and interns.People development and support. Facilitate pharmacist and pharmacy support staff training. Manage and execute training goals for the district.Employee Engagement. Use employee feedback to identify strengths and areas of improvement in the district. Partner with HR and develop a plan to increase employee engagement.

Filled more than 3000-4000 Rxs per week.Meet store level goals on KPIs (service, scripts, MCP, inventory, immunizations and KPM)Lead and direct the pharmacy staff.
