At the core of my approach is a commitment to cultivating curiosity, recognising that each project is a unique learning opportunity. My diverse portfolio at CCOD includes ventures into office planning, interior design, small-scale apartment design, apartment/villa mockup interiors, and various spaces.1. As a founding member, I spearhead lead generation and client acquisition, aligning projects with the company's principles. Over the years, we have successfully converted 30+ projects of varying scales. 2. My dedication to documenting CCOD's works extended beyond design, venturing into architectural photography. This passion allowed me to collaborate with renowned architects in the city, showcasing their works on prestigious platforms like Houzz, Trends, India Today Homes, The Architect's Diary, and India Design World.3. Juggling five to six projects concurrently, each averaging 7500 square feet, We seamlessly coordinated between design and development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that consistently exceeded client expectations.4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading an internal team of 12+, I play a key role in contributing to the company's annual revenue of up to 5 million. This achievement reflects the successful completion of outstanding projects, marked by the highest levels of client satisfaction.5. Steering a young and dynamic team, my organisational and adaptability skills are instrumental in maintaining company standards and delivering high-quality designs within tight timelines. During the company's growth phase, I have had the opportunity to lead extensive engagement projects across various verticals, further contributing to CCOD's success.

As a UX designer at WarpDrive, I'm playing a pivotal role in enhancing the brand and crafting user-friendly applications for diverse SaaS products. Collaborating directly with clients, co-founders, and the development team, I've ensured a seamless integration of design elements. This approach, rooted in understanding client needs and translating them into meaningful solutions, has not only improved product usability but also strengthened WarpDrive's overall brand identity.

Design Review stands as a pivotal and intellectually stimulating phase in every academic journey. It's the juncture where efforts are acknowledged, new perspectives are exchanged, and developmental opportunities come to light—often representing a turning point for students. This was my unique opportunity to transition from being a participant to an evaluator within the jury.In this role, I took on the responsibility of mentoring students as they progressed from initial ideas to refined design concepts, conducting weekly reviews to monitor their work's evolution. Witnessing a diverse array of concepts materialize into substantial deliverables by the end of each semester was truly gratifying.

In the academic realm, I've had the privilege of not only imparting knowledge to the younger generation but also collaborating with some of the city's esteemed professors. My role involved overseeing students' academic progress, cultivating critical thinking skills, and inspiring them to achieve their goals and elevate their grades.I've garnered substantial experience teaching diverse cohorts, ranging from freshmen to senior-year students, in subjects such as Architectural Design, Building Services, and Digital Architecture. Serving as a mentor, I take immense satisfaction in guiding the younger generation through real-world scenarios and challenges. This experience fuels my passion to continue mentoring whenever the opportunity arises.

In my role, I collaborated closely with a dedicated on-site team while maintaining constant communication with the larger team at the head office. This dynamic required me to leverage my proficiency in Revit and other collaborative BIM software, showcasing my multitasking abilities to meet the diverse demands and challenges of the projects. Coordinating with multiple teams concurrently and working in a hybrid mode, I honed my skills in managing various projects simultaneously.The nature of my role was inherently challenging, as it involved addressing the unique demands of different deliverables across a spectrum of projects, including shopping malls, theaters, hospitals and clinics, and commercial establishments. This diversity provided a platform for refining my time management and project management skills, as I interacted regularly with various vendors contributing to the successful execution of a wide array of projects.

As a crucial team member, I engaged in daily interactions with cross-functional teams spanning various departments, including engineering, planning, management, and internal design. My adept time management skills and commitment to project completion have proven instrumental in handling multiple projects concurrently, consistently ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through collaborative teamwork.I've had the privilege of delving into the intricacies of how larger offices deliver both quality and quantity services, contributing significantly to excellent design projects. From conducting client meetings to managing on-site deliverables, this experience has enriched my understanding of providing comprehensive solutions. Over the course of my journey, I've gained substantial expertise in overseeing diverse projects, ranging from residential high-rises, commercial offices, IT parks, to villa and layout designs.

During my internship, I focused on grasping the operational intricacies of the office while providing valuable support to the senior team in drawing, presenting, and detailing processes. Leveraging my skills acquired from design school, I played a pivotal role in ensuring meticulous planning, thoughtful design, and compelling presentations. I actively collaborated with Project Architects, contributing significantly to the planning of a residential project in Kerala and an office interior project in Bangalore.
