Top cup, Bottom Cup, Ledger Blade, Jack Nut, Prop nut, prop inner washer, Anchor Nut, Tie Rod, Shuttering clamp , wing nut, Prop Hook, Spigot, Joint Pin, Fixed Couplers, Swivel Couplers, Waller plate.)• Capex purchase, • Regular Consumable purchase, • Tools Purchase, • Maintenance Spares Purchase.• AMC Follow for all OEM Machine and equipments.• Floating RFQ• Making Comparison• Releasing the Purchase order.• Follow up Material.• Arrange to collect the material through logistics.• Payment allocation for all supplier and vendors• Payment follows with accounts Team.

Responsibilities•Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.•Total Sourcing, Purchase, Vendor Development, SCM, MRP, Stores, Logistics, etc. for all Engineering items, Consumables, Capital Items, Eqpt., General items, etc.•Controlling inventory and reducing procurement cost by using ORACLE, SAP, ERP platforms.•Sound knowledge in Manufacturing & machining industry store & purchase management as per the SOP•Additional experience of sourcing on other bought outs parts like pneumatics, C class parts.•Extensive experience in Localization of Bought out parts.•Knowledge in Oracle/E procurement/Vendor Portals.•Experience in dealing with Supply chain - OEMs Suppliers•Evaluation of Vendors prior to selection and post their services.•Applies strategies to ensure cost reduction with long term plan.•Good communication skills and Negotiation Skills with Vendor and Suppliers.•Negotiating with supplier on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.•Managing suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.•Developing purchase / sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier erferencing study.•Maintaining documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.•Liaising with supplier on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.•Developing, implementing and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost saving targets.•Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.•Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.•Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions.•Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
