Tacrolimus&Serratio Research and Development.Major role in Planning and execution of 25L to 500L Pilot plant fermentation of Streptomycies Tsukubencies and serratio peptidase for R&D and scale up process. Maintain the manpower during the batches execution for all shifts and shift activities. Sampling and analysis during fermentation batches and its microscope observation & morphology checking.Based upon microscope observation maintain all parameters.

Worked in Projects for Erection & Commissioning of 5000 tons per year Fructo Oligo Saccharide Production plant at Tada, Nellore.Erection, installation commissioning, and validation of fermenters.Cleaning in place, sterilization in place. (CIP & SIP).Process knowledge about DCS, PLC and SCADA.To enter details in Batch Manufacturing Record & Checklist, monitoring of reaction, monitoring & maintaining temperature, pressure &PH.Update production related documents correctly (BMR, daily records.Manpower handling, preparing shift Schedule Report, Daily Production Report and any other reports required by Production manager.
