Networking is a key skill for this role.• Suggest measures for improving employee retention. • Review employment applications and background check reports.• Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.• Ability to organize and run hiring drives at college campuses/Institutions.• Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the talent acquisition process.• Ability to manage multiple requirements, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.Admin• Planning and coordinating administrative work with management.• Handling Petty Cash and accounting the expenses regularly.• Coordinating recreational & cultural activities whenever needed.• Coordinating with sales and service vendors to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.• Managing administrative staffs and overseeing all office facilities and admin activities.• Engaging in filing, record-keeping, budgeting, inventory management and document handling.• Following up on orders and supplies and maintaining facilities.• Negotiating with vendors and collecting quotations for cost-effective quality products and services.
