Senior Design Engineer
Current*Analyse vehicle requirements and design and perform integration of body and internal systems.*Stage releases with 100% DMU in ENOVIA and adherence to AL DMDR Standards.*Managing PLM BOM and CAD BOM for stage release of vehicle in Enovia.*Provide DMU feedback/Signoff for the team to release DMU.*Integration of Complete Vehicle Assembly as per AL standard for PDM*Identity the matching/interference/envelope for surrounding components and harness in tractor body & cabin*Developed the PowerPoint to investigate the envelope, matching, and interference with the engineering team.*Compile and draft test results and share them with the integration and engineering team.* Resolved escalation of vehicle and ergonomics issues by conducting accurate research and analysis.*Investigate and analyze vehicle issues for root causes and issue the appropriate documentation for resolution including leading the team where the issue crosses multiple vehicle disciplines.
