Hi, I'm Nandhini VAs an individual, I'm eager to know and get more valuable insights about my passion which is HR.I have always been a person to observe and learn the things which is happening around me and more about my way HR. Perhaps, striving material to learn about HR where in order to know the people's management and how employees are needed to be taken care in an employment also in what way it get works. Throughout my academic path, I have excelled in communication skills through conducting various programs , presentations, group projects in front of the public and engaging with people over there to know more about them.
