As a customer service team lead at The Co-op, I oversee the daily operations and performance of a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide high-quality service and support to our customers. I also handle escalated issues, provide feedback and coaching, and monitor key metrics and reports. I am motivated by delivering excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty, and I value teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.Before joining The Co-op, I pursued my passion for civil engineering and BIM (building information modelling) by working on various projects across different sectors and locations. I was a project manager at Xotem Technologies, where I used Autodesk BIM 360, Autodesk Green Building Studio, and Microsoft Project to manage two projects in Kerala, India, involving field engineering and BIM implementation. I ensured quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the design, construction, and delivery phases. I also graduated from Coventry University with a master's degree in construction management with BIM, where I learned the latest methods and technologies in the construction industry. I am passionate about applying BIM to improve the sustainability, productivity, and innovation of the built environment.
