-I am currently studying Exercise Science with a minor focus in Adult Aging and Gerontology. I plan to put my knowldege and skills towards a career in Health and Fitness becoming a Wellness and Fitness coordinator.- I am currently on the Executive board of the BU Strength and Fitness club. I am also a captain for the Bloomsburg University Cheerleading squad. If I am not in class, preparing for class, at practice or a club meeting, I enjoy going to the BU Rec center for a good workout.-I often work off campus for a Home Health agency on the weekends. - I have a huge passion for Health and Fitness. I think it's very important for individuals to maintain a healthy lifestyle to in order to function correctly through life.- I have grown to develop such a love for it through fitness and working in multiple care homes.-My previous work experience involves working with elderly individuals whom have dementia. Work consisted of AM/PM care, fixing their beds, making meals, serving the meals, reminding individuals of medications, and expressing compassion.
