I remember, back in my childhood, when we had to choose subjects in school, many told me to opt for courses that would get me the most income. I saw a lot of my friends choosing their careers according to this thought in mind but I never understood why would anybody live their life doing something they are not passionate about. Passion brings income, not any particular degree. Following my interests, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, a minor in Neuroeconomics, and a Master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience. Again, people told me, that with such degrees, I can only get into research. I proved them wrong! - In my first job at Brighter Minds, I did do some research but I also became a Cognitive Enhancement Facilitator where I designed programs and facilitated sessions for adults to enhance their brain functions - In my second job at this amazing health-tech start-up called Glimp, I acted as their Brand Strategist and of course, got my research background in to use some neuromarketing skills - In my present job and yet another mind-blowing AI-driven startup called Alpha.One, I acted as a marketer and a Jr. SEO specialist to enhance their website and make it reachable to the right audience. Yes, I merged my research background with digital marketing and it has only yielded me positive results! Having an eye for what ticks humans to having a passion for generating ideas and solutions to reach the audience in the best of ways, I have come a long way! I will continue working towards what interests me and that is what guarantees my optimal performance! For me, no learning goes to waste, so in short, I am an enthusiastic, creative, attentive, and cooperative being who has a clear yet flexible mindset when it comes to achieving results.
